I’m a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for B2C brands with high-value offers that have outgrown founder-led marketing.
My mission is to support innovative, purpose-driven companies poised to make a meaningful impact through services/programs such as coaching, masterminds, education, and personalized healthcare.

My work focuses on installing the clarity, structure, and operating rhythm needed to generate predictable, compounding growth.
Since launching my practice in 2014, I’ve partnered with more than 85 organizations—primarily B2C brands in healthcare, education, and professional services—with a consistent emphasis on scaling high-trust, high-value offers ($5K–$50K+).
Clients have ranged from early-stage innovators to globally recognized institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania and NYU.
Previously, I served as Director of Digital Strategy at Condor Growth, a NYC-based agency specializing in healthcare marketing. There, I led growth strategy and managed significant paid media investments, consistently delivering patient acquisition and revenue growth in complex, regulated markets.
Earlier in my career, I was a founding team member and Director of Marketing at ReWork, a mission-driven recruiting startup.
Over three years, I built the marketing function from scratch, growing the platform to over 50,000 users and establishing its core client base. The company was later acquired by Koya Leadership Partners, a nationally respected executive search firm.
I hold a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and am a Certified Fractional CMO through CMOx®.
